I, the undersigned, Cristian von Constantine, Born on April 15, 1965 in municipality city San Antonio, Texas, USA, Currently residing at 34200, Residence von Constantine, Sete, France, without nationality or status civil belonging, or subject, or property of recognized by any Country, here I would like to ask you to consider my application for recognition of statelessness in accordance with the New York Convention relating to the Status of Stateless Persons of 28 September 1954.

1. Declaration of Statelessness

I declare on my honour:
Possess no nationality, or status civil belonging, or subject, or property of recognized by any State or Country.
Have never been reconizer as a national,  or status civil belonging, or subject, or property of recognized by any of any State or Country.
Has never applied for the acquisition of the status of citizenship, or subject, or property of any state or country, including to the competent authorities of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Lithuania.
I also never approached the diplomatic missions of these or other countries with a request me a diplomatic a protection or a defense.

2. Statement of my situation

My family from East Prussia, Memel Land, lived in their own name and my grandparents or other relatives or close persons did not accept the Lithuanian Jurisdiction since its formation in 1918.

 Since the formation of the Lithuanian Republic, and later the Soviet-Lithuanian occupation against my loved ones, and today, many serious crimes have been committed against me and my family in the name of the Republic of Lithuania, including murders, violences, robberes, appropriation of property, and persecution. Our family had no dependence on any jurisdictions or social entities, except for clan and family subordination - we are apostates, we call things by their proper names.

 I was not born, did not live in, did not hold citizenship, and did not have any civil affiliation with the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, including the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic and the Lithuanian Soviet Socialist Republic. I did haved resided in the Republic of Lithuania since 1992 in connection with my official duties about name Konstantin Korenevskiy (Korenevsks, Korenevskij). Pursuant to the laws and regulations of the Confederation of the European Union, as an private civil persone, I did not have any self army, police, or social institutions. I paid for and used the services of legal, social, and other budgetary organizations of the Republic of Lithuania until 2004 and of the Republic of Lithuania of the Confederation of the European Union after 2004.  

Also how as against to my relatives and people close to them, since the formation of the Republic of Lithuania in 1918 and after the Soviet-Lithuanian occupation in 1944, officials on behalf of the Republic of Lithuania have committed many criminal offenses against me from time period 1992-2023, including falsification of my status, pressure, deportations, appropriation property, take overs, of damages to me and my family, intentional infliction material and financial harms, legal persecution, which forced me to leave the jurisdiction of the Republic of Lithuania in 2023.

Initially, I contacted the Republic of Slovenia, an EU member state, with a request to conduct a pre-trial investigation within the EU confederation. Here killed my cat was  there, my Mercedes with all my documents and essential belongings was sunk, and there were also attempts to discredit me and cast doubt on my investigation into the criminal activities of Lithuanian public officials. From there, I walked to Strasbourg and formally filed a complaint with the Prefecture of Strasbourg and the Social Protection Agency (SPADA). However, the Republic of Lithuania illegally claimed me as its property, and I was forced to leave the region as well. I currently reside at 34200, Residence von Constantine, Sete, France, but since I have no identification documents, I use a mailbox kindly provided to me by the local social service: CCAS (Center Communal d'Action Sociale CCAS, 220 Av. du Marechal Juin, 34200 Sete).
